I love the fragrance jazz club however it is around $250 for the bottle and too extravagant for my income. I was delighted to receive this one and it smells exactly like the original at a fantastically better price. I also got the black opium and the original opium dupes.. ( can't recall the names at present.). I really like those as well and pretty sure they smell very much like the original ones.
I received a sample of Maison Margiela Replica Jazz Club and loved it, the $200 price tag ….not so much. I was delighted to see a fragrance inspired by this in the Whif range, but kind of sceptical, for I’ve owned many dupes that don’t live up to the hype. However Whif Spiced Melody is different, it actually does it smell the same, I put the real Jazz club perfume on one wrist and Whif Spiced Melody on the other and could not tell the difference even a few hours later! Very happy.
I have a few different dupes of this fragrance and this version is amazing, it has great projection and longevity, better than the original in my opinion. When it comes to the packaging I do have to say I prefer Whif’s old bottle style more than these ones with the ball lid, they get a bit stuck and squeak on some and seem loose on others. Their shipping does seem to take a bit longer than some of their competitor’s sites but I can’t fault the product, Whif make quality fragrances.
I'm a die hard fan of Jazz Club and was really hoping this would live up to the hype... it did! It smells identical to the original, is a great price and in a cute bottle. If you're a Jazz Club lover but can't justify the price tag, get this perfume - I promise it's just as great!
