Yes β these Black Friday FAQs and policies temporarily override our usual Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Terms of Service during the Black Friday and Christmas sale period.
Will processing times be delayed during Black Friday?
During our Black Friday period, please note extended handling times due to exceptionally high order volumes.
- Standard Handling: 5β15 business days before dispatch
- VIP Handling: 1β5 business days, sent via Express Post for faster delivery

Can I choose express or VIP shipping during the sale?
Yes, VIP is available at checkout which allows you to jump the queue.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. This email will include a link to track your order's progress with the delivery service provider. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I request a different free gift?
Unfortunately, wee are unable to offer alternate free gifts.
Can I modify or cancel my order after itβs been placed?
Due to the high volume of orders during the Sale, no order changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changing delivery addresses
- Adding or removing items
- Changing selected products or free gifts
- Cancelling an order after checkout

What is your return policy for discounted items?
All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.
Why is my tracking not updating?
During peak postal periods, carriers experience scan delays. Your parcel is still moving even if the tracking hasnβt updated β it will appear once scanned at the next facility.
Product FAQs
How long will one bottle last?
One of our 50ml bottles will last around 2-3 months if used once a day.
Are your fragrances vegan?
Yes, all of our ingredients are vegan and no animal testing takes place. You can view our ingredients here.
Do your perfumes have good staying power?
Yes, all of our perfumes are 30% concentration (extrait de parfum) and quite often out perfume the majority of store bought fragrances.
What is the different between EDT, EDP and Extrait?
EDT has anywhere from 5-15% oil concenration, EDP has a 15-20% concentration and extrait has 30%+ - all of Whifs perfumes are extrait.
What's the best way to store my fragrances?
We recommend storing your fragrance in its original box and in a dark and cool (room temperature) location.
How can I make my fragrances last longer?
We recommend a few sprays on your pulse points (wrists, behind ears, throat, behind knees, inner elbow).
Applying straight after your shower will give you the best results, you may also apply moisturiser before your perfume to increase longevity.
Do your fragrances have a shelf life?
We recommend using our fragrances within a 36 month (3 year) period. However, they may last much longer.

Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide.
How can I track my delivery?
You will be provided tracking information via email. You will be able to tracking your shipment using your tracking number and visiting the Australia Post website here.
How much does postage cost?
Our postage is $10 Australia wide for standard or $15 for express. We offer FREE postage when you purchase 3+ bottles.
How long will shipping take?
While we endeavour to process all orders within 2-3 business days of placement, please note shipping times will be longer during peak sale periods (5-15 business days). Please expect a delay during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following work day.
