How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. This email will include a link to track your order's progress with the delivery service provider. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I request a different free gift?
Unfortunately, wee are unable to offer alternate free gifts.
Can I modify or cancel my order after itβs been placed?
Due to the high volume of orders during the Sale, no order changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.

What is your return policy for discounted items?
Discounted items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Why is my tracking not updating?
During peak postal periods, carriers experience scan delays. Your parcel is still moving even if the tracking hasnβt updated β it will appear once scanned at the next facility.

How long will one bottle last?
One of our 50ml bottles will last around 2-3 months if used once a day.
Are your fragrances vegan?
Yes, all of our ingredients are vegan and no animal testing takes place. You can view our ingredients here.
Why might my fragrance smell slightly different from the original inspiration?
Our fragrances are original, independent creations designed to capture the essence and style of popular scents you love. Because we formulate them independently using our own high-quality ingredients, they aren't exact replicas. Additionally, fragrance is a deeply personal experience! How a scent develops and is perceived can change depending on your unique skin chemistry, the environment, and even the time of year. We aim to provide a beautiful, very similar alternative, but it's completely normal for it to have its own unique character on your skin.
What is the different between EDT, EDP and Extrait?
EDT has anywhere from 5-15% oil concenration, EDP has a 15-20% concentration and extrait has 30%+ - all of Whifs perfumes are extrait.
What's the best way to store my fragrances?
We recommend storing your fragrance in its original box and in a dark and cool (room temperature) location.
How long do Whif fragrances last?
We compound all our fragrances to high standards to ensure great quality, but longevity really comes down to the individual! How long a scent lasts on you depends heavily on your personal skin chemistry (such as hydration levels), where you apply it, and the specific notes in the fragrance (for example, lighter citrus notes naturally fade faster than deep woody ones). If you find a scent isn't lasting as long as you'd like, try applying it to moisturized skin or spraying a little on your clothes for extra staying power! Please note that a fragrance not lasting all day is a normal part of how perfumes interact with different people, and doesn't mean your bottle is faulty.
Do your fragrances have a shelf life?
We recommend using our fragrances within a 36 month (3 year) period. However, they may last much longer.

Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide.
How can I track my delivery?
You will be provided tracking information via email. You will be able to tracking your shipment using your tracking number and visiting the Australia Post website here.
How much does postage cost?
Our postage is $10 Australia wide for standard or $15 for express. We offer FREE postage when you purchase 3+ bottles.
How long will shipping take?
While we endeavour to process all orders within 2-3 business days of placement, please note shipping times will be longer during peak sale periods (5-15 business days). Please expect a delay during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following work day.
