Fragrance Storage & Care

For optimal fragrance preservation, we advise storing your perfume in its original packaging and safeguarding it from direct sunlight. To maintain its freshness, avoid storing your fragrance in the bathroom. Instead, choose a cool, dimly lit location at room temperature.

Shipping

While we endeavour to process all orders within 2-3 business days of placement, please note shipping times will be longer during peak sale periods (5-15 business days). Please expect a delay during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following work day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. This email will include a link to track your order's progress with the delivery service provider. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, including changes to the products or quantities. This also applies to address changes. While we will make every effort to update the shipping address if requested, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is in process. If you need assistance, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.

What is your return policy for discounted items?

We do not accept returns on discounted items. All sales on discounted products, including those purchased during Black Friday, are final. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

How long will one bottle last?

One of our 50ml bottles will last around 2-3 months if used once a day.

Are your fragrances tested on animals?

No, we do absolutely NO animal testing whatsoever.

Do your perfumes have good staying power?

Yes, our formulas are developed with the highest quality ingredients and formulated at a Extrait de Parfum strength.

This is a great way to trial diverse fragrances. I’m working my way through daily and learning what I like and what I don’t like. With some absolute winners for my style in this collection. One thing that is consistent: Every fragrance develops from top notes to base notes throughout the day and is still running strong by the end of my work day.

I am very impressed with the presentation of this sample box. After opening it, I didn't know where to start. Whether to stick to one fragrance for a while or mix it up day-by-day. I started off with a very strong fragrance and I love it. It's too early to talk about the other fragrances, but the one thing I'm sure about is that Ill like them all!

This pack is great as it allows you to have a range of perfumes/after shaves to trial out and see what you like best so then I can order a bigger version of the perfume/after shaves or buy them as gifts. My son is loving this and I believe there should be more trial packs available so then we can experience more quality perfumes/after shaves at a reasonable price

A must have to get to know what scents you really love for certain occasions I do because I own two. To get to know you perfume you have to trial it on your skin and let it settle in between coffee sniff
