How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. This email will include a link to track your order's progress with the delivery service provider. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, including changes to the products or quantities. This also applies to address changes. While we will make every effort to update the shipping address if requested, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is in process. If you need assistance, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
Can I return sale or discounted items?
Yes. Our usual Returns & Refund Policy applies to sale and discounted items. You can return 10ml and 50ml bottles within 30 days of delivery, as long as no more than 2ml has been used.
How long will one bottle last?
One of our 50ml bottles will last around 2-3 months if used once a day.
Are your fragrances tested on animals?
No, we do absolutely NO animal testing whatsoever.
Do your perfumes have good staying power?
Yes, our formulas are developed with the highest quality ingredients and formulated at a Extrait de Parfum strength.

Delivered everything it promised and more
I love the fragrances. They last all day!
Most of the sample bottles were not full. 3/4 at the most. Some only 1/2 full. Quite a disappointing sample pack. They do not last/linger as advertised. A few hours at the most. Will not be ordering again. Really wanted this to be good, but as the saying goes, if it's too good to be true, it usually is.
Really enjoying the Fragrance Library. Unique idea! Love the vials and I'm marking those I really like with a dot. Can't wait to keep trying more and find my new signature scent!
This is my third sample set, lots of different fragrances to try, great way to try before purchasing the larger size.
The fragrance library was a perfect way to test perfumes and find a new scent. The fragrances are good quality and last all day.
Can I tell you something. If your thinking about it, do it. Just buy it. Truly my sense have been opened to the most delicious fragrances I have ever or would ever try due to the prices at the department stores. I feel good wearing the ones I love and will be buying the actual proper sizes very soon. One more thing…they really do last all day
I’m a bit of a perfume addict but prices often stop me buying what i want. I discovered Whif and I am back being able to afford great scents! My first try of the samples was great, I applied it in the morning and could still smell it at dinner time! I’ve been applying one every day (just one squirt on my wrist, press together then dab them up on my neck!) I was so encouraged that I’ve purchased 3 full size scents and I’m waiting for them to arrive, I can’t wait!
Love the concept of getting to try different scents in one cute library. Some of the mini bottles were only half full, which is disappointing.

How the product is described on FB to actual reality is different, keep it true would be my suggestion.
I only brought whif perfume as I heard such wonderful reviews and how people would comment on how amazing you smell. I have tried them all in sampler but not once did someone comment. To me this is a true sign the perfume suits you, unfortunately this didn't happen for me out of all of them in the box. I won't be buying again as overall I'm disappointed. Lovely scents and true to the original, but not longevity or complementary to skin or my skin chemistry
