How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. This email will include a link to track your order's progress with the delivery service provider. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I modify or cancel my order after itโs been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, including changes to the products or quantities. This also applies to address changes. While we will make every effort to update the shipping address if requested, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is in process. Can I return sale or discounted items?
Yes. Our usual Returns & Refund Policy applies to sale and discounted items. You can return 10ml and 50ml bottles within 30 days of delivery, as long as no more than 2ml has been used.
How long will one bottle last?
One of our 50ml bottles will last around 2-3 months if used once a day.
