I used to love the original 'Opium" but never got around to buying another because its expensive, and usually the expensive ones l get given as gifts and l buy the cheaper ones for myself.. I am so glad l have found this, the perfume lasts, and doesn't fade away quickly. Love it

Finally, a dupe that smells like the original! I've been wearing Opium since the 80's and the 2009 reformulation broke my heart, it just didn't smell the same anymore. If you loved the original Opium, you'll love this.

The original Opium was one of my all time faves until the infamous 2009 reformulation. Crimson Allure is a very good dupe, not quite as spicy as the original, but very close. The longevity isn't great, but I would still buy again.

I never buy copy perfumes and only wear original Opium out. I bought this copy to have on my boat as I’ve lost a couple of expensive bottles that have broken. I wore whiff for a week while away and couldn’t tell the difference between genuine. It’s long lasting too and I’ll def buy again
